          Specialty Parts is not a typical gun related web store, but a focused source of product to support two of the most renowned and complementary firearm systems in history: the 1911 pistol and the Stoner based rifle. Our philosophy is to design and develop enhanced components and offer services that substantially increase the performance of your 1911 handgun and provide the support kit to complement it. With this in mind it's important to understand that many of our products require professional installation and we strongly recommend that you seek formally trained expertise when replacing any part in your firearm.

The majority of 1911 components on this site have been designed and manufactured by us and proven in our pistols over the years to enhance performance and to take the hard use dished out by our most demanding customers. The third party products we offer are also of the highest quality. We've identified suppliers of related products that reflect our design and quality values. Unfortunately this sometimes comes at a price both in lead time and monetary cost. Some of our products are custom order only and we may be back-ordered at times on high-demand items. We are certain however, that you'll appreciate the quality and performance of our 'stuff' and will benefit from the use of the products and services we provide for many years to come.
